BOX STYLE · PIZZA BOX

Pizza box dielines.

A pizza box is a shallow corrugated folder: a base and a hinged lid cut from one blank that locks itself at the corners as it folds. Packdroid's pizza boxes are built on the self-locking FEFCO 0426 construction and drawn to the size you enter.

Cut from one blank: the walls lock into each other at the corners as they fold, and the lid closes over the front. There are two models; open each to compare their flaps and walls.

Before you cut a run

Pizza boxes are usually cut from single-wall corrugated board. Agree the flute with your supplier, because the dieline is drawn for that board thickness.

If the box touches food, the board and inks must be approved for food contact. That is a question for your supplier, not for the dieline.

Cut and fold one sample before you order a cutting die.
