Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The 30-day money-back guarantee

If Packdroid is not right for you, write to [email protected] within 30 days of a payment and we will refund it in full. This applies to a first subscription payment and to each renewal.

You do not have to justify the request. We may ask what went wrong, because it is usually a template we should fix — but the refund does not depend on your answer.

• Refunds go back to the card or account the payment came from. We cannot send one somewhere else.
• Paddle.com Market Ltd. processes the money, so the credit appears on your statement from them. Their timing governs — typically a few working days, occasionally up to ten depending on your bank.
• Dielines you exported before the refund stay yours. We do not withdraw a licence to work you have already produced.

2. Cancelling your subscription

Cancel from the billing page in your account. Cancellation is self-serve; you never have to email anyone to stop paying.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for — your plan keeps working until that period runs out, and only then drops to the free tier.

• Your account is not deleted when a subscription ends. You keep your sign-in, your history and the catalogue.
• Exports from an account without an active subscription carry the small Packdroid mark, on its own PACKDROID_BRANDING layer, clear of every cut and crease line.
• To delete the account itself rather than the subscription, write to [email protected].

3. If something is wrong with the service

The 30-day window is a goodwill guarantee, not the limit of your rights. If a dieline is wrong because of a defect in our geometry, tell us and we will fix the template and refund you regardless of when you bought it.

Please read the verification obligation in the Terms before relying on any export. Packdroid produces a starting draft from a published construction standard; it is not a substitute for proofing a physical sample against your own material, machine and tolerances.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing here reduces rights you have by law. If you are a consumer resident in Türkiye, the mandatory provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply to you in full, alongside this guarantee, and you may apply to a consumer arbitration committee or a consumer court.

If you are a consumer elsewhere, your own local mandatory consumer protections apply in the same way.

Because Paddle.com Market Ltd. is the merchant of record for every Packdroid subscription, you can also raise a refund with them directly, and their receipt carries a link to do so. Either route reaches the same outcome.
