1. Who we are

Packdroid provides browser-based software for generating packaging dielines from standards-based templates.

Packdroid is operated by INSOFTEN TEKNOLOJİ BİLİŞİM YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK VE PAZARLAMA ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, a company registered in Türkiye.

2. The service

Packdroid lets you configure a packaging template with your own dimensions, preview the result in 2D and 3D, and export production files in SVG, PDF, and DXF.

Our templates are based on published structural standards such as FEFCO and ECMA. We work hard to make the geometry correct, but you remain responsible for checking a dieline against your own material, machine, and tolerances before committing it to production.

3. Your account

• You must give a real email address and confirm it before you can sign in.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has access. Changing your password immediately signs out every other device.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your credentials.

4. Your designs stay yours

You own the dielines you generate. Configuring a template with your dimensions does not give us any claim over the result, and you may use the files you export commercially — manufacture them, sell the packaging, include them in work for your clients — without paying us anything further or crediting us.

We do not inspect your designs except when you explicitly report a problem with one, and then only to fix the template.

5. What remains ours

The Packdroid software, our template library, the geometry engine, and the site itself remain our property. You may use them through the service; you may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the template library itself, or use automated means to extract it in bulk.

The underlying structural standards are published by their respective bodies and are not our property.

6. Subscriptions, payment, and the export mark

Packdroid is sold as a paid subscription. An account without an active subscription can still sign in and use the workspace, and files exported from it carry a small Packdroid mark placed in the page margin, outside your dieline. It sits on its own clearly named layer (PACKDROID_BRANDING) in every format, so you can select and delete it in one step, and it never overlaps your cut or crease lines.

A paid subscription exports without the mark. Where a subscription has a term, it applies until it expires; when it lapses the account keeps access to the workspace and its exports carry the mark again.

Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as merchant of record for every Packdroid subscription. Your contract for the purchase itself is with Paddle.com Market Ltd.: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, and is the name that appears on your statement. Card details go to Paddle.com Market Ltd. directly and never reach our servers.

Billing frequency, renewal, fees, taxes, payment terms and cancellation for that purchase are governed by Paddle's buyer terms, published at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price and interval you chose, until it is cancelled. The amount shown at checkout is the binding one and includes any sales tax or VAT Paddle must charge for your country. 7. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, overload, or circumvent the service's security or rate limits.
• Do not use another person's account, or try to access data that is not yours.
• Do not use the service to infringe anyone's intellectual property or to do anything unlawful.
• We may suspend an account that does these things, and will tell you why where we can.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Packdroid available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance, and we may change or retire features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan gets, we will tell you.

9. No warranty on fitness for manufacture

This is the clause that matters most in packaging. Packdroid produces geometry from a template and the dimensions you supply. We do not guarantee that any given dieline is fit for your specific board, machine, glue, or tolerances. Always verify a sample before a production run. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as-is.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, wasted material, or production runs based on an unverified dieline. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Ending your use

You may stop using Packdroid and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may end or suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

Files you have already exported remain yours after your account closes.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will notify you by email of anything significant. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
