2. What the service is

Packdroid is browser-based software that generates packaging dielines (cutting plans) from standards-based templates and the dimensions you enter — digital content and a digital service. A subscription covers access to the catalogue and export rights according to the plan chosen. Every output is a starting draft; verifying it is fit for production is your responsibility (Terms of Use, §§2–3).

3. Price and payment

Subscription prices are given below in US dollars. Users resident in Türkiye are additionally shown the Turkish Lira equivalent, inclusive of taxes, on the purchase page and at checkout; the binding amount is the one displayed at checkout. The Lira figure is not fixed into this form because it moves with the exchange rate.

Payment is taken by credit or debit card through Paddle.com Market Ltd.. Card details are never seen or stored by the seller.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the same price, and can be cancelled from account settings before renewal. Price changes are notified by email before they take effect.

There are no delivery costs; the service is supplied electronically and immediately.

4. Performance

The service begins to be performed immediately and electronically once payment is confirmed, and is supplied without interruption for the subscription term, save for planned maintenance.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a rule a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. However, under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly by electronic means, or for intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly.

A Packdroid subscription is such a service and such an intangible good, and performance begins immediately on confirmation of payment. You will therefore have no right of withdrawal if you give the following confirmation at the purchase step:

“I request that performance of the service begins immediately upon confirmation of my payment, and I understand and accept that I will therefore lose my right of withdrawal under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation.”

No subscription is started without this confirmation. Where a dispute arises other than about withdrawal, the routes in section 7 are available.

6. Cancelling the subscription

You may cancel at any time before the renewal date, in one step from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you are in. No cancellation fee is charged.

Even where there is no statutory right of withdrawal, and so no obligation to refund, we give a contractual 30-day money-back guarantee on every payment under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. That guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution

Requests and complaints may be sent to [email protected]. A consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court of their place of residence or of the place where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.

8. Confirmation

You accept that you have read this Pre-Sale Information Form, confirmed it electronically, and received this disclosure before the Distance Subscription Agreement was formed. A copy of this form and of the agreement is sent to your email address after purchase, on a durable medium.
